This is the page that gives you more information on 1-on-1 training with me. You need to know what you’re getting yourself into before you sign up!
Here’s what is included in the training: Full body composition analysis, assisted goal setting, training (including fitness education), and a wee bit of nutrition counseling. I also offer personalized workouts (aka what you should do when you’re not with me). Every 6 weeks we have another body composition and 30 min. conference about your goals. I do typically recommend at least 2-3 days/week to start off. It gives a good kickstart to the results we see.
It’s such a blast and it’s nice to work 1-on-1 because I really get to know YOU and your fitness needs. Every BODY is so incredibly different.
My typical hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday 5:30am – 11am
Friday 5:30am-5pm
Saturday 5:30am – 10:30am
