Hi Rachel. I was just talking to Susan Schilling about being frustrated wiith trying to figure out what direction I wanted to go with personal training. She mentioned your name and also a good frined of mine, Tammi Gunhus had mentioned your name to me awhile back and little info about what you do. I teach group fitness with Susan at Lifetime, ACE cert, and exer phys degree, just recently left training at the Y. She told me about your idea for a bootcamp for advent consp. and I would love to get involved. My family has been attending Windsor fiora little over two years now. Would you mind if I joined you and Susan next week? Would love to hear your ideas.

    Thanks Rachel.

I group of friends and I have joined Team Living Water and are participating in the half marathon next April. Many of us are getting to the point in our lives that running all of it would take a toll on our bodies. I have hip problems and will probably walk most of it.

Do you have a training program for walkers? I would appreciate it if you email one to me if you can.

    Thanks, Mickie Ball

Hi, Most of my running has been on the treadmill due to the weather. Will that hurt me when I transfer to outside?

    Hi Rachel,
I really appreciate your encouragement and advice. It has been a great source of motivation for me. I am a beginner runner. Before training for this 1/2 marathon, the most I have ever run at once was 6 miles. I have been so empowered and proud to do this training. I have been doing the beginner training, but felt so good, I was up to 8 miles on the long run. Unfortunately, I got sick this week. It seems to be a pretty severe cold: sinus and chest congestion, body aches, low grade fever. I now have missed 2 runs this week (one being the long run). I hope to get out and do something today, though I don’t feel like I am back to myself. Can you advise me on how to get back on track safely? I really want to see this thing through.

    Thank you!
    Laura
